Where we are

Thetaghost is in pre-launch. The only customer-facing surface today is the marketing site and a waitlist form that captures one field: your email address. We use that email to tell you when the product is open. That is the entire scope of personal data we hold right now.

When the product opens

When the journal goes live, we will publish a full privacy policy here covering: what brokerage metadata we ingest read-only, what stays plaintext server-side (positions, strikes, P&L — because the integrity engine needs to read them), and what stays zero-knowledge (your voice memos, your typed journal entries, your captured rationale — server stores ciphertext only, can never decrypt without your password).

Architecture is documented in our security page and in our public ADR set. The privacy policy will mirror that architecture, not describe a different system.
