Thetaghost has not opened to paying customers. There is no subscription contract, billing relationship, or terms-of-service agreement in effect at this time. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side.
When we open
Before charging anyone, we will publish a full Terms of Service covering: subscription pricing and renewal, acceptable use, limitation of liability, cancellation and refunds, intellectual property, and the read-only / non-advisory nature of the product (see also our disclaimer). Those terms will be written by counsel, not by us, and posted here for review before any first payment is taken.
What we have committed to publicly
The architectural invariants are settled and won’t change in commercial Terms: read-only brokerage connection (no order placement, no order modification, ever), zero-knowledge encryption for journal content, mandatory TOTP MFA, no third-party trackers, and no “should/recommend/suggest” language anywhere in the product.
